Adam Caplan, eCommerce + Transactional Media Entrepreneur

A graduate of the California Institute of The Arts, Adam Caplan has worked in the entertainment & advertising for over two decades. After he earned his BFA at CalARts, he spent several years working for a number of ad agencies and movie studios before joining the Home Shopping Network as its Executive Site producer. Returning to his hometown of London, Canada in 2003, Adam began lecturing on e-Commerce Strategy at Western University, and in 2005 joined EK3 as its Creative Director. Adam left EK3 in 2008 and the following year started web.isod.es with a mission to use Web video to tell amazing stories in unique and dynamic ways. Adam has also contributed to the community through a number of roles including a Director and Marketing Committee Chair for Museum London, Strategic Advisor on the Emerging Leaders Steering Committee. a Producer-At-Large for London Ontario Live Arts (LOLA), and a founding Director and Past President of the UnLondon Digital Media Association.
